Interview with UPS for TSG position?

I've landed my first It interview with UPS for the TSG(Tech Support Group). I was wondering if anyone had any experiences with working with UPS as a TSG? Any tips for a book who is trying to break into It?

I worked for UPS for 3 years as an Application Developer. While I can't speak for the TSG, the UPS culture is formal, think NY Yankees when it comes to appearance/dress code so dress and groom appropriately. Do your research on the company so you have questions to present. You will be supporting primarily in house developers I'd imagine re-imaging workstations, creating ADID's, LAN access etc.
