CCNP Sec bootcamp

My company is paying for me to get the CCNP Sec this August. I'm just wondering if anyone has been through ccnp sec bootcamps before? There are going to be 4 different bootcamps, one for each exam. What are your thoughts on these bootcamps?

Since your company is paying for school it's no big deal. Either read the books or watch one of the video course before hand and have a grasp of the concepts and practice before hand. They will do the minimum time for each course then you are done.
