anyone know which is the best simulator FREE for study ccna. Thanks for you help

Packet Tracer would be your best bet and your only solution for a free simulator. Most other simulators you would need to pay for. You can probably find a download for it somewhere on the internet. You may also want to give GNS3 a go. You will need valid IOS images however for it to work.

There are three readily available. Two are free, one costs but has the most features (And requires the most configuration):
1. Packet Tracer. Easiest to install and use. Least features.
2. GNS3, although the switching side hear is somewhat null, even with the 16-ESW card on the 3700. You will need this if you go past CCNA.
3. VIRL. Most config, costs some bucks, but has the most features, and they just started supporting L2 within the last week or two, along with IOSv, NX-OSv, IOS-XRv, CSR1000V, IOUl2, and ASAv
