Confused by OSPF question

Hi, folks
Im studying for the CCNP SP. And i tried a sample test. One question that confuses me is this one:


Can this be right? I would say C that is load balances between the links because of equal cost. Or A because there are fewer hops.
But i can't under stand why it should be B?

Can anyone explain this to me?

Metric to X advertised by ASBR 1 is 10.
Metric to X advertised by ASBR 2 is 20.

Route to ASBR 1 wins because route type is E2 and with that type, internal metric isn't used unless there's a tie in the external metric.
