You might want to check out this "legit" hottest cert review by "CertCities" if you haven't already. It looks more realistic than the previous ones concerning the same topic and it has CCIE where its meant to be, which is at the very top ofcourse.

    The only thing I disagree with is this:
    Best Mid-Level Networking Certification
    Winner: Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)

    To me, that doesn't really seem like a mid-level certification or position. I think it would take alot of work and experience to reach that level... Not sure what I would put as a mid-level certification, but more likely tend to lean towards MCSE rather then MCSA... But that is merley my opinion...

    Well to be honest MCSA would be mid to lower on the grand scheme of things, and with regards to the MCSE, the MCSA is by far easier and with fewer exams to achieve.
