I began to study for the 70-290 exam. Iam using Microsoft press. In the Chapter of User Account Manage is a section of the command tools you can use to manage users accounts. Is this part essential to pass the exam?

Yes I just took the exam yesterday and received 3 questions involing command line tool for users and groups
