any one having trouble with group policies on virtual machines
i tried vmware and virtual pc. but non will be applied.
and i tried this almost 5 times on both.
at first i though they will not be applied on windows 2k server , but they do not upply on the pro either.
i am doing the group policy at the domain level on my virtual domain controler.
here is another thing that it does.
it applies the group policy at the local computer even though i edited the default domain policy.
and what is weird is that if i telnet (termainal services) into the DC the group policy is applied . but not to either the windows 2kpro or the windows 2k server.

No problem, I think I forgot to disable it for a couple of forums. I will put in the soon-to-be-online forum rules, that people can request a certain topic to become a Sticky one... so I or a mod can change it.
As for your GP problem, is there anything in the Event Viewer, on the DC as well as the other servers and clients?
