Regarding Security+ CEU / recertification
Hello guys, I have two questions regarding CEU / recertification:
1) My Sec+ cert valid date is from March 2015 - March 2018. Let's say I take and pass a CCNA Security exam (gives all 50 CEUs needed to renew Sec+) in June 2015 and submit the CEUs right away (which is still far from March 2018 ). Is this valid to renew my Sec+ from March 2018 to March 2021

2) As in number 1, what if I don't take CCNA Security exam, but instead pass CCNP which renews my CCNA Security. Does the renewal of my CCNA Security through CCNP count as CEUs for Sec+ ?
(Note: CCNP itself doesn't count as CEUs for Sec+)
