MTU requirements with both an OTV and Fabricpath header

Has anyone ever dealt with this situation before? Just curious. We aren't running Fabricpath, but SPB may be a possibility and since their header size is fairly similar, I just wanted to know what kind of MTU was being ran in a scenario such as the above.

I am not sure if you can do that...Is it possible to configure an overlay interface as a FP core interface?
