MS-Press - How good are the LABS

Hi, anyone who has taken the exam and done the MS-Press book.

how good are the LABS and practical work, in the MS_Press book, in terms of taking and passing the exam.

Is this the sort of exam you can pass if you DON'T use this material in your normal working job ? Can you do it with hard study and lab work alone.

Are there any SIMS in this eam, does anyone know, please ?
