Do you guys touch any of the 'mem' settings in Advanced?

Hey guys,
So you know me I'm always looking to improve performance, I'm over here look in the advanced section of the host that has our SQL server on it and I'm curious do you guys ever fiddle with the memory settings?
Like me I'm pondering about changing the 'Mem.MemZipMaxPct' from the default 10% to say 30% on my cache compression to see if this improves memory performance.
Just curious if these settings can be changed from their defaults and/or if they would provide any useful performance increases.
