suppose that i set
int lo0
ip 5.5.5.5 255.255.255.255
router ospf 1
net 5.5.5.5 0.0.0.0 area 0
Will 5.5.5.5 be routed to the WAN and over the internet?
If so, what if there is a real place with a 5.5.5.5 ip address?

The WAN addressing will be controlled by your ISP. Most likely the traffic in and out of your network will be managed by NAT. It will come in through your real world IP and go over to your internal. Your ISP will most likely manage your real world IP in their network by your MAC.
