Any advises for studying for this certification

I am reading the books for the the 2 exams, however I will apply for the 70-272 exam first. Any advises on which is the focus on this exams or what is the strongest part of them?

Know Outlook and Outlook Express drop down menus by heart. Also make sure you are familiar with scanpst.exe. Remember that there are lots of situations where the answer is to consult the Microsoft KB. Oh yeah, and don't confuse AutoComplete with Profile Assistant. Remember that AutoComplete is for sensitive info like passwords and user names, Profile Assistant is for personal info such as phone#, address, etc. even though they both fill in fields sutomatically. And one more good piece of advice for this one, know how to use shadow copy and know about application security. Good luck!!

PS When ya go for 70-271, make sure you are fluent with Answer Files/UDB and NTFS permissions for files vs. permissions for folders!
