Anyone familiar with this certification?
Some sounds similar to CISSP.

cyberguypr Mod Posts: 6,928 ModI went to their conference (exhibits only) a few years ago. They were pitching the certs in the opening remarks. The certs are obviously targeted for corporate/public security professionals such as security department heads, LEO, PIs, private security firms, etc. Although the domains may seem similar, definitely nothing like the CISSP.

cynicbeard Member Posts: 15 ■□□□□□□□□□Nothing like the CISSP at all. @cyberguypr hit the nail on the head. ASIS is all about securing the base, not the network. I've never worked closely with anyone in particular that has a cert from ASIS, but I have contracted a PSP for camera implementation and identity access management / access control (card + biometric readers). That is more within the scope of their certs.
