CISA Applicants Inquiry

I've been unsuccessful in my search, but I'm trying to find the following:

1) Roughly how many certified CISA professionals there are globally?

2) Roughly how many people sit (pass or fail) for the CISA exam globally each year?

Do any of you by chance have the answers to these or where I may be able to find them?
