A+ Certified Now

Passed the A+ Core today with a 743. I took the OS about two weeks ago. I thought the Hardware portion was more difficult than the Software portion of the test. Although I scored higher on the hardware with a 743 and scored a 725 on the software. Guess I just guessed better on the Hardware. Funny thing though memorized all the I/O addresses and don't remember there being one question on the test.

Congrats.

I also scored slightly higher in hardware and thought they were about the same difficulty. I think the big difference is the Core covers a lot more material than the OS. More people find the Core easier because most are already familiar with a lot of the basic components and can build off of what they already know.

is the total marks 1000?

?????Mmmmm.........Still not sure, if you are talking about the Score scale it is between 100-900 and must score a 515 or higher to pass the Core and I think a 500 to pass the software.
