Microsoft security program?

I seem to remember reading a while back that Microsoft had released a security program to lock down public workstations. Does anyone know what program I am thinking of?

You might be thinking of MBSA, Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer

It does wonderful things to determine if you have any common problems. If you want to use security policies checkout the Security Configuration and Analysis tool.
