ICND1, question mark and non english keyboard

Hi guys, is the question mark allowed in simulations during the exam?
If the test center use a non english keyboard is some configuration needed?
I found a post where it was said that you need to ask the testing center to configure the PC with only the US keybord layout and then use the key in the keyboard that corrispond to the US layout to get the "?". For example for the italian keyboard it should be "_".
