This is going to be tough for you honestly no matter what your resume looks like. The hardest part of IT is getting your foot in the door. Do you have any friends in the industry who might put in a good word for you when a position opens up? Getting to the interview stage is the hard part (as you've seen).

That being said the resume needs a lot of work. Drop the alphabet soup of skills. You listing every single mode of 802.11 is a bit much. If you're applying for corporate gigs you have no reference to anything used in a help desk environment. No experience with a ticketing system, Active Directory, or really anything specific. It's just vague and doesn't tell me anything to be honest. What did you do and what did you accomplish? Don't list tasks. I know this sounds corny but it's an example. The first line is a task. The second line shows action (what you did) and the outcome (accomplishment)

    - took out the trash

    - removed workplace refuse in a timely fashion to eliminate workplace infestations of unwanted rodents and insects

    -PC software/hardware and network troubleshooting

    - Provided timely efficient hardware and software support in a Windows 7 environment minimizing employee downtime due to computer malfunction

I have no doubt you could succeed once given a chance, but as you can see getting that chance is hard. You might even try to get some experience at a local Managed Service Provider, sometimes they need entry level guys.

This resume definitely needs some modification.

I highly recommend performing a search of the forums for recent resume critiques. LOTS of good info and advice, links to valuable documentation, resume templates, etc.
