minicom

Hi guys,
I want use minicom to connect on my equipment (switch and router)
I install minicom on ubuntu and configured it with a usb to serial adapter (/dev/ttyUSB0/)
However I am not able to see my device. When I run minicom I see only
Welcome to minicom 2.7
OPTIONS: I18n
Compiled on Jan 1 2014, 17:13:19.
Port /dev/ttyUSB0, 11:47:14
Press CTRL-A Z for help on special keys
what I can do ?

When I use Linux, i just use the terminal. Did you try that? Just seeing if it's a software or hardware issue

Its been a while since I've played with Minicom, but I think you have to change the port to USB1....I think..........
Theres some info out there about it..........
