So I've been busy and haven't had a chance to post, but I passed the CISSP last Wednesday! Big thanks to everyone on here who has posted to help others out, it definitely put me on the right path to getting this passed on the first try.

Started studying in mid-February very light and creating study guide, then started heavy study beginning of June until I took the test on the 24th; so ~4 months total.
Took me about 4 hours total for the exam, including 2 breaks. Really you just need to have a good fundamental knowledge of the topics and then be able to not only read and comprehend, but be able to talk the concepts out with other people.
Here's hoping my endorsement goes through before the 8 weeks it said in the email they sent.
Good luck to everyone out there still studying!
