Advice on Vagrant

OfWolfAndManOfWolfAndMan Member Posts: 923 ■■■■□□□□□□
My interest of SDN has gradually increased over the last couple of months and I wanted to create a virtual network environment, preferably with vagrant. Anyone know of some good material on the subject, or is the website's material pretty solid?

I used Linux Academy's "Learning Vagrant" videos at first.
I might have also quickly read through "Vagrant Up and Running." Might sound weird, but I honestly don't remember if I did or not; I own a PDF copy of the book but don't remember if I read it or not.
The official documentation on the Vagrant website is decent as well, and I sometimes check it as a reference.

Basic Vagrant is very easy to hop into and use - especially if you have any VirtualBox or VMware experience.. Regardless of what learning method you use, however, you might eventually find it hard to get examples of non-trivial, complex configuration. So once you get deep into Vagrant, you'll probably have to do a lot of googling and guess and checking, unfortunately.

I use Vagrant pretty often for labbing (not production). If you have a few specific questions, I might have tried something similar in the past - but can't promise anything, as I'm far from a Vagrant expert.
