Claire Agutter Member Posts: 772 ■■■■■■■□□□This video seems to be an advert for an online RCV 'course' but I can't see any information on the site to suggest it's accredited. Caveat emptor - please remember it's essential to take an accredited course or you will not be allowed to appear for the exam.

Claire, I'm self studying for ITIL Foundation exam. Do i still need to take an accredited course before I'm allowed to register for the exam? I didn't know you have to do that. -

You're fine, the rule applies to intermediate level exams only. Foundation level self-study is allowed. Sorry to panic you and good luck with the exam
