Ok I dont get from following question why is only option C?
its 10.1.5.65 which fits option B as well so why only C ?

    That route has the most specific prefix (/29).

    Yes, there a multiple entries that match in this question. But the entry with the longest prefix match will always win, a /29 prefix is a longer match than a /28 prefix. Meaning the subnet mask / network address for the /29 has more bits dedicated to the network portion of it's associated network ID of 10.1.5.64, which means it is much more accurate than the other choices. You must remember than in networking there will be many times that there are many answers that will work, but only 1 will be considered correct according to standards. This is a tricky question, but it's something that could make a difference while troubleshooting an issue.
