Server + Study materials

I am considering taking the Server + exam because it seems interesting to me and I'm not sure what else I want to take right now. I currently have Network +, Security +, and I've passed the CISSP exam. I have CBT nuggets for the 2009 version, skillport/skillsoft training for the 2009 and 2015 version, and I'm considering picking up Jonathan Lau's book, since it's only 5 bucks. Is this a good enough combination of study materials to pass this exam? There doesn't seem to be a lot of material out there.

    I agree there's not much out there as far as studying goes for this one. Measureup has a practice lab--waste of money if you ask me--but no practice tests at all for Server+ from Measureup.

    There are older study materials out there but nothing too current.
