Anyone any idea if there are any simulators to configure ACLs on routers and firewalls?

    You could check Professor Messer's GTS-learning partner.
    They have Labs which are free for 1 hours.

    Personally, i recommend learning how to configure "port forwarding" your own router.
    Beyond that.... i'd save my money.
    The sec+ was pretty lite-weight in terms of actual 'technical' detail...
