XenApp 6.5

Hello..we are in the process of designing our migration from xenapp 6 to 6.5. It's a small farm, 18 total servers. A few questions:

1. Would you continue to use Web Interface or move to Store Front 3.0? Were leaning towards Store Front at this point but just wanted to see what every one is thinking these days.

2. As I said, total of 18 servers, 1 will be for the store front or WI, the others will be member servers. Of the 17 remaining servers, 14 are physical host, Dell PE R710 Xeon 2.67, 32 GB memory. Would it be beneficial to create 2 VM's per physical box? or with those specs just keep things the way they are?

3. Has anyone run into any issues migrating from 6 to 6.5?
