PSA: VCP5-DCV Expiration for VCP6-DCV Delta Beta, Extended again (?)

Not sure if it's just me but I suspect all VCP6 DCV Beta candidates had their VCP5 extended because the results aren't out yet. It was scheduled for July 2015, then pushed to August 2015, now it's 31-Oct-2015.
