FOR408/GCFE book recommendation

I'll be doing my 4th Work Study in Crystal City, VA in September. As preparation, I plan to ease into the material by reviewing one of these books:

-Windows Forensic Analysis Toolkit, Fourth Edition
-Digital Forensics with Open Source Tools

I've seen both recommended for this course/test. Can those who have gone through GCFE recommend one or the other?
