It is the NUMBER ONE tool that I use to get motivated. Put the money on the table (or the voucher if the company's paying) and you'll move like there's a bear on your trail!

it does sound like good motivation

It just helps you to focus as you know you'll have to sit the exam at some point even if you do end up rescheduling (which I'm about to do !) it a few times.
