Advice for IT certificates

Hello . Im 16 years old and i got MCTS certificate and CCNA certficate. I want to start a job when I become 18 yrs old with these to certification. I did those courses for MCTS and CCNA because i suck at school and my grades are terrible but im very good in IT field. Some of my friends told me that i can have a very good job with these two certification and you dont need school for that job.So i want your help. Can i get a job only with MCTS and CCNA certificate . IF not please suggest me some other courses/certificates to help me to get a good job in IT field . Thanks for your time

Hopefully when you say your grades are terrible, you mean they are still good enough to pass high school. -

Yes i will pass high school with bad grades
