Are Transcender same as Kalpan Self test for CISSP ?

If you browse through below link -

https://www.selftestsoftware.com/certtestprep/practice-test/isc2/cissp2015.kap

you see $ 119 for 180 Days online access. However, if you go through transcender web URL (below) -

https://www.transcender.com/practice-exam/isc2/cissp2015.kap

It asks to pay $ 179 for 180 Days online access.

I read in one of the earlier threads that Kalpan and Transcender are same ? If yes, why there is a difference in the cost ?

Any advise about this pls.
