Pls guys I am confused help me out what is the difference between firewall and checkpoint

firewall inspects and denies/allow traffic based on programmed rulesets. Checkpoint is a brand/vendor of said firewall technology.

To be exact, the vendor is spelled as "Check Point." I make the distinction so it doesn't get confused with the general term "checkpoint" which could refer to a lot of other things.
