Certifications and new job

Hello Everyone, I am new to computers and I would say I am at a basic level. I am looking to get certified in A+, network and Sec+ to start a career in computers. Does anyone recommend a school or training. I read about Infosecinstitute and CompTIA are these schools any good?

I have injuries from my current job and a computer job would benefit my health since I cant sit upright for long periods of time an I cant be to active either. So I need something where I can get up d stretch when I need it.

any advice I would really appreciate it. My goal is to start with the 3 certs then go for CEH and CISSP.
