System Admin / Network Admin job

Hi everyone,
I was looking at system admin and network admin jobs and noticed they all required a minimum number of years doing system admin or network admin work experience. How would I go into either if I only have like IT support / desktop analyst experience? Please advise. I would love to get experience with both system administration and network administration.

This ^^ It is best to talk to your manager and let them know about your goals. A good manager will acknowledge it and help you gain some experience.
