Hi,
Does anyone know how valuable are MOOC certificates issued by Udacity? There are no mentions of the names of the universities that created the courses. I think Udacity certificates do not have weight compared to EdX or Coursera certificates where the name of the university is clearly indicated.

Udacity courses are developed by individuals/groups. Those individuals set a price for their course, Udacity takes a cut, and then you just have to hope that somebody buys it. It's a way to make passive income and if your course is any good and gets a lot of attention on it's own you could make a decent bit of extra money."A computer lets you make more mistakes faster than any other invention in human history, with the possible exception of handguns and tequila."
