CEH and PWK

Hey all
Is there a difference between the content (not the exams) of these two course.
I took the CEH training and it was all based on practical and Kali tools so if I take pwk training is it will be same as ceh or it will be different.

CEH is a lot of theoretical knowledge because environments differ. PWK is here are the basics now put it into practice but you might have to research more similar to real life. PWK also stresses the importance of scripting.
