Management has asked me to start a project on mapping multiple handheld devices together from different platforms, I have searched the internet and Cisco Jabber seems to meet those requirements and it seems a good way to control handheld devices. Operable on iOS, Android, MAC OS, Tablets, in video and audio! This seems fantastic.

I have never used the technology, if there is someone who has used this technology before can you please inform me on the caveats if there are any.

I am also trying to see what the GUI would be like to configure, add devices in the same pool. Is it like CUCM? Is there hardware for this, or all software?

I will look into this more and outline a presentation for this within the next coming days, I hope I can do, deploy this. All in good experience.
