Please help out free Ebook website

Please a month or so back I stumbled upon a post that had a link to a website with lots of ebooks to download from, unfortunately I did not save the website as a bookmark. Please If you happen to know the thread please help post the link here. I know I am not giving much information about what i am looking for just taking a wild chance on someone actually remembering the site. I think on the site it says the owner once books and no longer needs them.

The site has a lot of ebooks on many different topics, I can only vaguely remember the type of site it was, Please please please help out if you know the thread as well as the site.
