Endoresement question

Sorry if this has already been answered somewhere else...

If I have an endorser fill out his section of the Endorsement form, does a copy of my resume need to be sent to ISC(2) along with the Endorsement form?

I recently received acceptance of my endorsement. With my endorsement I provided a modified version of my resume to show dates/times as well as physical locations of my work (which is in the actual endorsement for but I remember reading they wanted to see it on a resume as well). I also included point of contacts in the resume next to each one of my positions.
