Opinion on Ucertufy book

I am looking into taking the ITIL Foundations Exam hopefully in September or October at the latest. The class that I am currently taking in school happened to give us a book to use as a secondary option for studying, and it happens to be the Ucertify ITIL Foundations 2013 book. Does anyone have any experience with this book and whether or not it will be sufficient enough to study from to pass the exam? I have the syllabus and the sample papers as well. Any feedback will be appreciated, as I am looking to start studying next week.
