Posting articles on linked in

I have been thinking of doing this for awhile, but always "back away from the edge" after thinking about it because I am not certain I have anything valuable or notable to add to the conversation on linkedin. I'm relatively new to it, but I have ideas and unique experiences I don't see other people discussing or posting about.
I know there are at-least two members of TE that are pretty active in Linkedin posting, but their content is much more technical than what I would be delivering.
tl:dr
I want to start using Linkedin to its fullest potential, but doubt my ability to deliver good content because of my limited experience.

Also it allows your connections to get a better idea for who you are and what you do and possibly better endorsements. I had a guy endorse me for Windows XP- 5 months ago! Also, I for one would think it refreshing to see an original post instead of the mess of shared articles I see all the time.

Or if you're sharing thoughts on articles, thats good too. I just dont like people who think they're DIGG and just share every post they come across onlinemeh -

A client of ours started posting great HR related articles about hiring candidates (will send a link if anyone wants to read, its from her perspective as a HR manager) and I thought I need to get in on this! Its a great way to show your ability to communicate your ideas and maybe help someone learn something.
