RV042 and DPC3928AD not working

I have two cable modem: Cisco DPC3825 and DPC3928AD, both modem in bridge mode, both connected to the Cisco Router RV042 Dual Wan.


At issue is:


The Cisco DPC3825 modem assigned me the dynamic IP of my ISP 1, connecting to either the WAN RV042, but the modem Cisco DPC3928AD not assign the dynamic IP of another ISP that I have, in any WAN, the most strange is that the Cisco DPC3928AD connected to the PC directly assigns the public IP as a bridge but in the RV042 does not happen.


The RV042 got what works with Load Balance.


Cisco modem DPC3928AD will not inconsistent with the RV042 or this is a bug?
