Resume critique please!

Hey guys!
I'm about to finish my Bachelors in IT from WGU (just capstone/tech writing left), so I'm polishing up my resume so I can start applying. I currently work at a natural food store, where I handle everything related to technology, pricing, point of sale, inventory, quickbooks, etc. So while I do maintain domain backups, modify GPO's here or there, most of what I do is within our database/point of sale app (ECRS Catapult). I run reports to analyze sales/loss/margins, and have implemented an automated ordering system to replace the jobs of most department buyers. I'd like to move into something more IT focused, ideally in networking or servers. I'm trying to highlight the IT side of my job in my resume, hoping with that and my certs/degree I can skip the low paying help desk jobs so I don't have to take a significant pay cut.
Before this job, I really just worked construction on/off at my uncle's company while doing general ed classes, so I left that off since it won't really relevant and will make some random gaps in my job history.
Thanks for any help!
