Old Lammle CCNA book, versus new Lammle CCNA book.

Hey everyone,
I passed the CCENT!
Now im ready to start my studies for ICND2.
I have the Todd Lammle book for the previous version of the CCNA, the old 604-802 exam, the one before the 2013 update.
Now of course im studying for the 200-101 exam.
the only major differences between the two exams I am aware of is dropping of RIP and VTP,
and some shuffling of topics to ICND1 that were previously in ICND2, such as more IPV6 and OSPF in ICND 1.
My question is: Will the old book work just fine for the current ICND2?
Is there any reason to get the current book when I already have old book?
I believe the topics themselves are the same..I will study the topics based on the list of topics for the current exam, as listed on the Cisco website.
