Resource on how to properly learn and study

Albeit not directly related to the CISSP exam topic, I think that the following (free) course is a great resource on how to organize your studying in general, how to handle procrastination, it goes a little bit deep into neuroscience, how the brain works and how to use some of the properties of our brain to study more effectively. Most of the ideas pointed in this course are strikingly close to most of the success stories posted here.
