Study Groups

I'm interested in attending or forming a study group in the St. Louis, Missouri area for A+ certification. As far as I can tell there isn't a group solely dedicated to this. I was going to post this on Meetup.com, but there is a monthly fee.

I apologize if this is a common request. If it is, please provide a link. If not, please suggest an idea or discuss your experience with a similar endeavor.
