Hi all, how can one start off in IT. I'm aspiring to be a network engineer but understand that first I must start of as desk support or a help desk position.
How can one get an entry level position in at as help desk support.
I'm currently studying for ccent and mcsa but no one seems interested in anyone without comercial experience.
Also As of yet I have no IT relevant qualifications or experience.
Can anyone help?

IF you have a CCNA people would probably look at your for an entry level job. They wont expect you to know a lot with an entry level job. You just gotta show that you have basic knowledge down and convince them to take a chance on you.
