I already have an Account with Pearson ,,but when I tried to schedule Juniper exam,,, I couldn't sign in ?? should I sign up with new account in Pearson to schedule Juniper's Exams ??

Yes, when prompted at the login page create a new juniper specific Pearson account, it will ask for and link your existing Juniper ID. It's a bit of a pain but it won't (shouldn't) interfere with your existing account.
