Certification renewal question for old CCNA to new

My CCNA renewal is coming up in July of next year and since I'm lazy, I figured I'd just renew my existing CCNA instead of going for another CCNA-level cert. My existing CCNA is from the older CCNA material.

My question is whether or not I can simply take the new/current ICND2 or if I have to do the new ICND1 + ICND2 or the new composite exam to get renewed.
